Starting treatment can feel overwhelming. Our admissions team walks you through each step clearly and privately, from the first phone call to your arrival on campus, so you always know what happens next.

Step 1 — You Call or Submit Your Information

Our admissions team picks up. There is no automated system, no phone tree, no hold music for forty minutes. A person answers. You talk. You ask the questions you have been holding. We answer them honestly.

Step 2 — Insurance Verification

We verify your insurance coverage directly. You find out exactly what your plan covers before you make any decision. There is no cost to this step and no obligation to proceed.

Step 4 — Detox Coordination If Needed

If medical detox is clinically indicated before treatment begins, we coordinate that directly. Your place at the ranch is held through the detox process.

Step 3 — Pre-Screen

A brief clinical pre-screen helps us understand your situation and confirm that Top of the World Ranch is the right level of care for where you are. This is a conversation, not an interrogation.

Note: If psychiatric medication management is part of your clinical picture, our Medical Director, Dr. Zachary Backlin, handles that in-house. You will not be sent elsewhere.

Step 5 — Arrival

You arrive. Your room is ready. Your clinical team is ready. The work begins.
