Who This Is For

IOP Works Best When

Intensive Outpatient is the right level of care if you have completed residential or PHP and are ready to step down into a less structured environment, or if your situation allows you to engage in intensive programming without full residential immersion. It is also available with boarding for clients who want the structure and environment of the ranch while participating at the IOP level.
IOP is not a lesser form of treatment. It is a specific level of care designed for a specific point in the recovery process. The clinical work is real. The commitment required is real.

Program Includes

What Intensive Outpatient Looks Like Here

IOP programming at Top of the World Ranch includes individual therapy, group therapy, process groups, and psychoeducational programming. Trauma therapy through EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy remains part of the clinical model at this level of care. The treatment philosophy does not change when the structure does.

Clients who board on-site during IOP have access to the full ranch environment, experiential programming, Native American ceremonies, the gym, steam room, and sauna. The clinical intensity is different. The environment and the support are not.

Structured Clinical Support Throughout the Week

Clients participate in individual therapy, group therapy, process groups, and psychoeducational programming designed to support long-term recovery and emotional stability.

EMDR & ART Are Still Part of the Model

Trauma treatment does not disappear at the IOP level of care. EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy remain integrated into the clinical approach.

Maintain Daily Responsibilities While Receiving Care

IOP allows clients to continue managing work, family, and outside commitments while receiving structured therapeutic support and accountability.
