Extended residential is for clients with complex, long-term addiction histories. People who have been through multiple treatment episodes and need a deeper level of immersion to build a durable foundation. People whose co-occurring mental health conditions require sustained clinical attention over a longer period before step-down is clinically appropriate.

EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy continue as core components of the program. The continuity of extended time on the property — with the same clinical team, the same structure, and the same land — is itself a therapeutic element.
