Progressive Programming

At Top of the World Ranch, you will partner with your primary counselor, and together you will create your addictions treatment plan. In addition, you will also meet with other staff within their areas of expertise to attend to your unique individual needs. During your time at our treatment center, you receive a minimum of two weekly one-on-one counseling sessions with your qualified addictions counselor. We will also connect you with highly qualified support organizations and individuals to continue your recovery plan once you return home. After returning home, each client will have continuing care sessions in place.

Detox Program

While we do not have a detox program on-site at Top of The World Ranch, we refer out to local detox centers. We have developed relationships with a number of quality detox centers that we trust to keep our clients safe and relatively comfortable during withdrawal. Our treatment center has guaranteed availability with our trusted detox centers and is happy to make arrangements for you. We also can arrange transportation to the detox center and our residential treatment program after clients complete the detox process.

Medication Information

We have a strict policy for prescription medications for guests at Top of the World Ranch. When coming to the Ranch, we ask that you arrive with your current prescribed medications with valid dates, in the original bottles, with refills remaining. Upon arrival, all home medications will be reviewed and must be approved by the Ranch Medical Director. Clients will be required to provide signed releases to their home pharmacy and prescribing physician. We dedicated two Medical Directors to our clients on the Ranch. One is dedicated to your physical well-being, and the other is focused on your mental well-being. Both Medical Directors are readily available for your needs during your stay at the Ranch.

Family Program

We know that addiction impacts every member of the family unit, so we strive to include the families in addiction recovery education. We run virtual programming every Tuesday for families. It is an hour of education and an hour of processing. This treatment includes alumni appearances, and a structured program around our average four week stay. This treatment occurs while your family member is in treatment. We dedicated two Medical Directors to our clients on the Ranch. One is dedicated to your physical well-being, and the other is focused on your mental well-being. Both Medical Directors are readily available for your needs during your stay at the Ranch.
